The Announcements feature in WeekMate HRMS provides a central place for employees to view important information shared by the organization. It helps keep everyone informed about company updates, policy changes, events, and other organization-wide communications.

By checking announcements regularly, employees can stay up to date with the latest information and ensure they don't miss important notices.

Before You Begin

Before viewing announcements, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have access to the Announcements section.
  • Your organization has published announcements in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Announcements section.
  3. View the list of announcements shared by your organization.
  4. Select an announcement to read its complete details, if required.

The latest announcements will be available in one place, allowing you to stay informed about important organizational updates and communications.
