How to Check Organization Policy

Overview

Organization Policies in WeekMate HRMS provide employees with access to important company rules, guidelines, and workplace policies. Keeping these documents in one place ensures employees can review the latest policies whenever they need them.

This guide explains how to access and view organization policies from the WeekMate HRMS portal.

Before You Begin

Before viewing organization policies, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • Your organization has published policy documents in the system.
  • You have permission to access organization policies.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Organization Policy section.
  3. Browse the list of available policies.
  4. Select the policy you want to view.
  5. Review the policy details or download the document, if available.
  6. Close the policy or return to the policy list when you have finished reviewing it.
