The Employee Details page provides a complete view of an employee's information in WeekMate HRMS. It allows administrators and authorized users to review personal details, employment information, reporting structure, and other records maintained for the employee.
This guide explains how to locate an employee and view their profile from the WeekMate HRMS portal.
Before You Begin
Before viewing employee details, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to access employee records.
The employee profile has already been created in the system.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Employees module.
Browse the employee list or search for the required employee.
Select the employee whose details you want to view.
Open the employee profile.
Review the available information, including personal details, employment information, reporting manager, department, designation, documents, and other assigned records.
Close the profile or return to the employee list after reviewing the information.
You can revisit the employee profile at any time to view updated information.
