How to Check Leave for All Employees

Overview

The Check Leave feature allows administrators and authorized users to view leave records for all employees from a single location. It provides visibility into submitted leave requests, approval status, leave dates, and other leave-related information, making it easier to monitor employee absences and manage workforce availability.

This guide explains how to view leave records for all employees in the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.

Before You Begin

Before checking employee leave records, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have permission to access employee leave information.
  • Employees have submitted leave requests or have assigned leave records in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Leave module.
  3. Open the Check Leave or Leave Records section.
  4. Use the available filters to search by employee, leave type, date range, department, or leave status, if required.
  5. Review the list of leave records displayed.
  6. Select a leave request to view additional details, if needed.
  7. Export the leave records or return to the leave list, if applicable.

You can use this view to monitor employee leave, review leave history, and verify leave requests across the organization.
