Tasks help users manage follow-ups and daily activities.

Creating a Task

  1. Open Tasks.
  2. Click Create Task.
  3. Enter:
    • Subject
    • Due Date
    • Priority
    • Assigned User
  4. Save.

Tips

  • Set realistic due dates.
  • Mark completed tasks promptly.
  • Use reminders to avoid missed follow-ups.
