Overview

Workflow automation reduces manual effort by performing actions automatically.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup > Workflow Rules.
  2. Click Create Worflow.
  3. Enter:
    • Choose Module
    • Chose Trigger and Condition
    • Add actions i.e. Create tasks, webhook, send email, send WhatsApp.
  4. Assign an owner.
  5. Save.
