Overview

Mira AI is the built-in AI assistant in WeekMate HRMS that helps you find information and complete tasks using simple text prompts. Instead of navigating through multiple menus, you can ask questions or request actions directly from Mira AI.

This guide explains how to access Mira AI, interact with it, and use it to get quick responses while working in the WeekMate HRMS portal.

Before You Begin

Before using Mira AI, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • Mira AI is available for your organization.
  • You have the required permissions to access the feature, if applicable.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Click the Mira AI icon from the navigation panel.
  3. Open the AI chat window.
  4. Type your question or request in the message box.
  5. Press Enter or click Send.
  6. Review the response provided by Mira AI.
  7. Continue the conversation or ask another question as needed.

Mira AI will respond based on the information and actions available within your WeekMate HRMS account.
