How to Send Change Password Email to the Employee
Overview
If an employee forgets their password or needs to set a new one, you can send a change password email directly from WeekMate HRMS. The email contains the information or link required for the employee to update their password and regain access to their account.
This guide explains how to send a change password email to an employee from the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.
Before You Begin
Before sending a change password email, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to manage employee accounts.
The employee has an active profile with a valid email address.
The employee's account has already been created.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Employees module.
Search for and select the employee.
Open the employee profile.
Click the Send Change Password Email option.
Verify the employee's email address.
Confirm the action to send the email.
The employee will receive an email with instructions to create or change their password and access their WeekMate HRMS account.
