The Organization Tree provides a visual representation of your company's reporting hierarchy in WeekMate HRMS. It helps you understand how employees, managers, departments, and teams are connected within the organization.
This view is useful for verifying reporting relationships, reviewing the organizational structure, and identifying where employees fit within the hierarchy.
Before You Begin
Before viewing the organization tree, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to access the organization structure.
Employees and their reporting managers have been configured in the system.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Organization Tree section.
The system will display your organization's hierarchy.
Expand or collapse nodes to view different levels of the reporting structure.
Select an employee to view their position within the hierarchy, if applicable.
Continue exploring the organization tree as needed.
The organization tree will display the current reporting relationships based on the employee and manager information configured in WeekMate HRMS.
