How to See Organization Tree

Overview

The Organization Tree provides a visual representation of your company's reporting hierarchy. It helps employees understand reporting relationships, explore team structures, and view the organizational hierarchy from the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.

 This guide explains how to view the Organization Tree using the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.

Before You Begin

Before proceeding, make sure:

·       You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.

·       Your organization hierarchy has been configured.

·       You have access to the Organization Tree.

Steps

1. Open the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.

2. Swipe through Quick Actions.

3. Tap Organization Tree.

4. View the organization chart.

5. Expand team branches to explore reporting relationships.

6. Browse departments and teams as required.

7. The Organization Tree will be displayed successfully.
