The Leave Calendar in the WeekMate HRMS mobile app allows employees to view their team's leave schedule in a calendar format. You can check which employees are on leave on specific dates, helping you plan work and manage team availability effectively.
This guide explains how to view the Leave Calendar using the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding, make sure:
You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
You have access to the Leave Calendar feature.
Leave records are available in the system.
Steps
Open the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Swipe through Quick Actions.
Tap Leave Calendar.
View the team's leave schedule for the current month.
Tap on any date to view the leave details for that day.
Switch between months, if required, to view leave schedules for different periods.
The leave calendar and leave details will be displayed successfully.
