How to See Organization Policies
Overview
The Organization Policies section allows employees to access important company policy documents directly from the WeekMate HRMS mobile app. It provides quick access to organizational guidelines, HR policies, and other important documents anytime, anywhere.
This guide explains how to view Organization Policies using the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding, make sure:
You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Organization policy documents have been uploaded by your administrator.
You have access to the Organization Policies section.
Steps
Open the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Swipe through Quick Actions.
Tap Organization Policies.
Browse the list of available company policy documents.
Tap the required policy to open and view it.
Read the document as needed.
The organization policy document will be displayed successfully.
