Overview
The Geo-Fencing Punch In feature in the WeekMate HRMS mobile app allows employees to mark attendance only when they are within the designated office location. After verifying the location and capturing a selfie, the system records the attendance and updates the employee's status to Checked-In.
This guide explains how to punch in using Geo-Fencing in the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding, make sure:
You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Location permissions are enabled for the app.
Camera permissions are enabled.
You are within the organization's configured geo-fence location.
Steps
Open the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Swipe the Punch In button.
Capture your selfie when prompted.
Tap Use Photo to confirm the captured image.
Wait while the system verifies your location and selfie.
Once verification is successful, your attendance will be marked.
Your attendance status will update to Checked-In successfully.
