How to Make or Edit the Lead Notification Settings
Overview
The Lead Email Notifications feature in WeekMate CRM allows you to configure email notifications for lead-related activities. You can create new notification rules or update existing ones to ensure the right users receive timely updates whenever specific lead events occur.
This helps improve team communication, ensures prompt follow-ups, and keeps everyone informed about important lead activities.
Before You Begin
Before creating or editing lead notification settings, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
You have permission to access Settings and manage notification rules.
You have identified the notification requirements for your lead management process.
Steps
Create a New Lead Notification
Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
Navigate to Settings.
Open Lead Email Notifications.
Click Add Notification.
Configure the required notification settings.
Review the configuration.
Click Save.
The new lead notification rule will be created and applied to future lead activities.
Edit an Existing Lead Notification
Open Settings.
Navigate to Lead Email Notifications.
Select the notification rule you want to edit.
Update the required notification settings.
Review the changes.
Click Save.
The notification settings will be updated successfully and the revised rule will be used for future lead notifications.
