How to Download Leave Balance Reports

Overview

The Leave Balance Report provides a detailed view of employees' available leave balances. It helps HR teams and managers monitor leave availability, review employee leave records, and plan workforce availability more effectively.

You can generate the report by applying filters based on employee leave status, employee details, and leave balance. Once the report is generated, it can be exported in XLS format for analysis, reporting, and record keeping.

Before You Begin

Before downloading the Leave Balance Report, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have permission to access leave reports.
  • Employee leave records are available in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Leave Balance Reports section.
  3. Apply the required filters, such as Employee Leave Status, Employee Search, and Employee Leave Balance.
  4. Click Search to generate the report.
  5. Review the leave balance details displayed for the selected employees.
  6. Click Export XLS.
  7. Save the report for analysis, sharing, or future reference.

The Leave Balance Report will be downloaded and will include the leave balances based on the selected filters.
