How to download in_out register reports from the user side
Overview
The In-Out Register Report feature in the WeekMate HRMS mobile app allows employees to view and download their punch in and punch out records. You can filter the report by month and year, then export it in XLS or PDF format for future reference.
This guide explains how to download the In-Out Register Report using the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Before You Begin
Before proceeding, make sure:
You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
You have access to the Reports module.
Your attendance records are available in the system.
Steps
Open the WeekMate HRMS mobile app.
Swipe through Quick Actions.
Tap Reports.
Select In-Out Register.
Select the required Month and Year.
Tap Apply.
Review the generated report.
Tap Export.
Choose either XLS or PDF format.
The In-Out Register Report will be downloaded successfully.
