How to Download Employee Left Reports

Overview

The Employee Left Report provides a comprehensive record of employees who have exited the organization. It helps HR teams maintain accurate separation records, monitor employee exits, and generate reports for compliance, audits, and internal reporting.

You can filter the report based on date, employee, and employee status to view specific records. Before exporting, you also have the option to choose which columns should be included in the downloaded report.

Before You Begin

Before downloading the Employee Left Report, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have permission to access employee reports.
  • Employee separation records are available in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Reports menu.
  3. Open the Employee Left Reports section.
  4. Apply the required filters, such as Date Type, From Date, To Date, Employee Search, and Employee Status.
  5. Click Search to generate the report.
  6. Review the employee exit records displayed.
  7. If required, click Select Columns for XLS Export and choose the fields you want to include in the report.
  8. Click Export XLS.
  9. Save the report for analysis, sharing, compliance, or record keeping.

The Employee Left Report will be downloaded in XLS format with the selected columns and filtered data.
