How to Download Employee Joining Reports

Overview

The Employee Joining Report provides a detailed overview of employee joining records within your organization. It helps HR teams track onboarding activities, review joining information, and generate employee data for reporting and record keeping.

You can filter the report by employee name, date range, branch, or department. Before exporting, you also have the option to select the columns you want to include in the report.

Before You Begin

Before downloading the Employee Joining Report, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have permission to access employee reports.
  • Employee joining records are available for the selected criteria.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Employee Joining Reports section.
  3. Apply the required filters, such as Employee Name, Date Range, Branch, or Department.
  4. Click Search to generate the report.
  5. Review the employee joining records displayed.
  6. Select the columns you want to include in the exported report.
  7. Click Export XLS.
  8. Save the report for analysis, sharing, or record keeping.

The Employee Joining Report will be downloaded in XLS format with the selected columns and filtered data.
