How to Download Employee In-Out Register Report

Overview

The Employee In-Out Register Report provides a detailed record of employee punch-in and punch-out timings. It helps administrators monitor attendance, review working hours, and maintain accurate attendance records for employees across the organization.

You can generate the report by applying filters such as branch, department, employee, and date range. Once the report is displayed, it can be exported in PDF or CSV format for analysis, sharing, and future reference.

Before You Begin

Before downloading the Employee In-Out Register Report, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have permission to access attendance reports.
  • Employee attendance records are available for the selected period.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Reports section.
  3. Open the Employee In-Out Register Report.
  4. Apply the required filters, such as Branch, Department, Employee, and Date Range.
  5. Click Search to generate the report.
  6. Review the employee check-in and check-out records displayed.
  7. Click Export PDF or Export CSV.
  8. Save the report in your preferred format.

The Employee In-Out Register Report will be downloaded and can be used to monitor attendance, analyze working hours, and maintain employee attendance records.
