Employee Ranking in WeekMate HRMS helps organizations evaluate and compare employee performance based on defined criteria. It allows managers to assign rankings that reflect productivity, contribution, or performance outcomes.
This guide explains how to assign employee rankings in the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.
Before You Begin
Before doing employee ranking, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to access the Performance & Engagement module.
Employee records are available in the system.
Ranking criteria or evaluation parameters are defined by your organization.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Performance & Engagement module.
Open the Employee Ranking section.
Click Add Ranking or Create Ranking.
Select the employee you want to rank.
Choose the ranking level or score based on performance.
Add remarks or justification for the ranking, if required.
Review the ranking details carefully.
Click Save to submit the ranking.
The employee ranking will be recorded in the system and can be used for performance reviews and reporting.
