How to Disable a Bug

Overview

The Bugs module in WeekMate TaskHub allows you to manage and track issues throughout your projects. If a bug is no longer active or does not require immediate attention, you can disable it without permanently deleting it. Disabled bugs remain available in the system for future reference or reactivation.

This article explains how to disable a bug in WeekMate TaskHub.

Before You Begin

  • You are logged in to WeekMate TaskHub.

  • You have permission to manage bugs.

  • The bug you want to disable already exists in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to WeekMate TaskHub.

  2. Navigate to the Bugs section from the left navigation menu.

  3. Locate the bug you want to disable.

  4. Click the Actions menu next to the selected bug.

  5. Select Disable.

  6. Review the confirmation prompt.

  7. Click Confirm to proceed.

  8. The bug will be disabled successfully and will no longer appear in the active bug list. It will remain available in the system for future reference or reactivation.
