Overview

The Products module in WeekMate CRM allows you to create and manage the products or services your business offers. Each product record contains important information such as the product name, SKU, pricing, category, and description, making it easier to manage your product catalog and use products in sales transactions.

This guide explains how to create a new product in WeekMate CRM.

Before You Begin

Before creating a product, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  • You have permission to manage products.
  • The required product details, such as the product name, SKU, pricing, and category, are available.
  • Product categories have been created, if applicable.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Products module.
  3. Click Add New Product.
  4. Enter the Product Name.
  5. Add a Short Description.
  6. Enter the SKU.
  7. Specify the product Pricing.
  8. Select the appropriate Category.
  9. Fill in any other relevant product information.
  10. Review the product details.
  11. Click Create Product.

The new product will be created successfully and will be available for use in your sales and inventory management processes.
