How to Create a New Task for the Specific Account

Overview

The Task feature in WeekMate CRM helps you schedule and manage activities related to a specific account. You can create tasks for follow-ups, meetings, calls, or other sales activities, assign them to team members, and set due dates to ensure work is completed on time.

This guide explains how to create a new task for a specific account in WeekMate CRM.

Before You Begin

Before creating a task, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  • You have permission to manage accounts and tasks.
  • The account for which you want to create the task already exists in the system.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Accounts module.
  3. Open the account for which you want to create a task.
  4. Click Add Task.
  5. Enter the required task details.
  6. Select the task owner.
  7. Assign a due date.
  8. Review the task information.
  9. Click Save.

The task will be created successfully and linked to the selected account, allowing you to track and manage related activities from the account record.
