Overview
The User Portal in WeekMate HRMS allows employees to set up and manage their email configuration from their profile settings. This ensures that system notifications, updates, and communication emails are sent to the correct email address.
You can use the Email Configuration section to add a new email or update an existing one based on your requirements.
Before You Begin
Before configuring your email, make sure:
You are logged in to the WeekMate HRMS User Portal.
You have access to your profile settings.
You have the correct email details ready for configuration.
Steps
Log in to the WeekMate HRMS User Portal.
Open your Profile section.
Click on Email Configuration.
Enter or update your email configuration details.
Review the entered information.
Click Save to complete the configuration.
