The separation process in WeekMate HRMS is used when an employee leaves the organization. It helps record exit details such as the last working day, reason for leaving, and other necessary information. Once submitted, the separation request moves through the approval workflow for review.

Before You Begin
Before applying separation, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to manage employee separation.
The employee profile is active in the system.
Exit details such as last working day and reason for separation are available.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Recruitment or Onboarding module.
Open the Separation section.
Click Apply Separation.
Select the employee who is leaving the organization.
Enter the Last Working Day.
Select or enter the reason for separation.
Add any additional remarks, if required.
Review the separation details carefully.
Click Submit to send the request for approval.
The separation request will be submitted and moved into the approval workflow for further processing.
