WeekMate HRMS allows employees to submit leave requests directly from the portal. By applying for leave through the system, employees can select the appropriate leave type, specify the leave period, and track the approval status without relying on manual processes.

Before You Begin
Before applying for leave, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
The required leave type has been assigned to you.
You have sufficient leave balance, if applicable.
You have the necessary details, such as the leave dates and reason for the request.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Leave module.
Open the Apply Leave section.
Click Apply Leave.
Select the appropriate leave type.
Choose the From and To dates for your leave.
Enter the reason for your leave request.
Attach supporting documents, if required.
Review the leave details.
Click Submit to send the request for approval.
Your leave request will be submitted successfully and will remain pending until it is reviewed by the designated approver.
