How to Apply for Attendance Regularization

Overview

Attendance Regularization allows employees to request corrections to their attendance records when they miss a punch-in or punch-out, have incorrect attendance entries, or need to update their working hours. The request is sent through the approval workflow, allowing the reporting manager or administrator to review and take the necessary action.

This guide explains how to submit an attendance regularization request from the WeekMate HRMS portal.

Before You Begin

Before applying for attendance regularization, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • Your attendance record for the required date is available.
  • You have the necessary details, such as the date, corrected time, and reason for the request.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Attendance module.
  3. Open Attendance Regularization.
  4. Click Apply or Add Regularization Request.
  5. Select the attendance date that requires correction.
  6. Enter the correct punch-in and punch-out time, if applicable.
  7. Provide a reason for the regularization request.
  8. Attach supporting documents, if required.
  9. Review the information you have entered.
  10. Click Submit to send the request for approval.

Your attendance regularization request will be submitted successfully and will remain pending until it is reviewed by the authorized approver.
