Team Ranking in WeekMate HRMS helps organizations evaluate performance at a team level instead of individual employees. It allows managers to compare teams based on productivity, performance outcomes, and defined evaluation criteria.
This guide explains how to add and manage team rankings in WeekMate HRMS.
Before You Begin
Before adding a team ranking, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to access the Performance & Engagement module.
Teams or employee groups are already created in the system.
Ranking criteria or evaluation parameters are defined.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Performance & Engagement module.
Open the Team Ranking section.
Click Add Team Ranking or Create Ranking.
Select the team you want to evaluate.
Choose the ranking level or score based on performance criteria.
Add remarks or justification for the ranking, if required.
Review the ranking details carefully.
Click Save to submit the team ranking.
The team ranking will be recorded in the system and can be used for performance tracking and reporting.
