How to Add Survey from Admin Portal
Overview
The Survey feature in WeekMate HRMS allows administrators to collect feedback from employees on different topics such as engagement, satisfaction, and workplace experience. Surveys created from the admin portal can be assigned to employees or teams based on organizational needs.
This guide explains how to create and publish a survey from the admin portal in WeekMate HRMS.
Before You Begin
Before adding a survey, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to access the Performance & Engagement module.
The survey questions and structure are prepared.
Target employees or groups are identified.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Performance & Engagement module.
Open the Survey section.
Click Add Survey or Create Survey.
Enter the survey title.
Add a description for the survey, if required.
Add survey questions one by one.
Select the question type (such as multiple choice, rating scale, or text).
Configure survey settings such as target employees, department, or visibility.
Review the survey details carefully.
Click Save or Publish to make the survey active.
The survey will be published and sent to the selected employees based on the configuration.
