The Deal Management feature in WeekMate CRM helps you create, track, and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Each deal stores important information such as the customer, pipeline, sales stage, expected revenue, and expected closing date, giving your team a complete view of every opportunity.
You can also update existing deals as they progress by modifying deal details, changing stages, assigning sales representatives, and managing related activities, notes, and tasks from a single location.
Before You Begin
Before adding or editing a deal, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
You have permission to create or manage deals.
The customer record already exists in the CRM, if applicable.
The required pipeline and deal stages have been configured.
Steps
Create a New Deal
Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
Navigate to the Deals module from the sidebar.
Click Create Deal.
Enter the Deal Name.
Select the Customer.
Choose the Pipeline and Stage.
Enter the Expected Revenue.
Select the Expected Closing Date.
Fill in any other required deal information.
Click Save to create the deal.
The new deal will be created and added to your sales pipeline.
Edit an Existing Deal
Open the Deals module.
Select the deal you want to edit.
Update the required information, such as the Deal Stage, Expected Revenue, Expected Closing Date, or Assigned Sales Representative.
Add or update activities, notes, tasks, or other deal-related information, if required.
Click Update or Save to apply the changes.
The deal information will be updated immediately, ensuring your sales pipeline remains accurate and up to date.
