Overview

Lead Status helps you track the progress of leads as they move through your sales process. By creating custom lead statuses, you can organize leads based on their current stage, making it easier for sales teams to monitor follow-ups and manage opportunities.

This guide explains how to add a new lead status in WeekMate CRM.

Before You Begin

Before adding a lead status, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  • You have permission to manage CRM settings.
  • You have identified the lead status you want to add to your sales workflow.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Lead Status section.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Enter the Status Name.
  5. Fill in the required details.
  6. Review the information you entered.
  7. Click Save.

The new lead status will be added successfully and will be available for use while managing leads.
