Before You Begin
Before adding a lead status, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate CRM account.
You have permission to manage CRM settings.
You have identified the lead status you want to add to your sales workflow.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate CRM account.
Navigate to the Lead Status section.
Click Add New.
Enter the Status Name.
Fill in the required details.
Review the information you entered.
Click Save.
The new lead status will be added successfully and will be available for use while managing leads.
