How to Add Complaints from Feedback Module
Overview
The Complaints section in the Feedback module of WeekMate TaskHub allows you to record, manage, and track user complaints in one place. You can add new complaints, monitor their status, and use filters to organize complaints by project for better issue management and resolution.
This article explains how to add complaints from the Feedback module in WeekMate TaskHub.
Before You Begin
You are logged in to WeekMate TaskHub.
You have permission to access the Feedback module and create complaints.
The relevant project is already available in the system, if applicable.
Steps
Log in to WeekMate TaskHub.
Navigate to Feedback from the left navigation menu.
Open the Complaints dashboard.
Click Add Complaint.
Enter the required complaint details, such as the complaint title, description, project, and any other applicable information.
Click Save to create the complaint.
Use the available filters to view complaints by project or monitor their current status.
Your complaint has been added successfully and is now available in the Complaints dashboard for tracking and management.
