Business Units help you organize your organization into separate divisions, subsidiaries, or operational groups. Creating business units in WeekMate HRMS makes it easier to categorize employees, manage organizational structures, and maintain accurate records across different parts of your business.
This guide explains how to create a new business unit in the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.
Before You Begin
Before adding a business unit, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to manage organization settings.
The details of the business unit, such as its name and applicable information, are available.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Organization or Settings module.
Open the Business Unit section.
Click Add Business Unit.
Enter the business unit name.
Fill in the required details, such as the description or other applicable information.
Review the information you have entered.
Click Save to create the business unit.
The new business unit will be added successfully and will be available for assigning to employees and organizational configurations.
