How to Add Bulk Employee In-Out of Past Dates
Overview
WeekMate HRMS allows administrators to add attendance records for multiple employees in bulk when attendance data for previous dates needs to be updated. This feature is useful when attendance could not be recorded due to device issues, manual attendance processes, or data migration.
This guide explains how to add employee punch-in and punch-out records for past dates in bulk from the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.
Before You Begin
Before adding bulk employee in-out records, make sure:
You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
You have permission to manage employee attendance.
The employee records already exist in the system.
You have the correct attendance details for the selected past dates.
Steps
Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
Navigate to the Attendance module.
Open the Bulk Employee In-Out section.
Select the past date for which attendance needs to be updated.
Choose the employees whose attendance records you want to add.
Enter the required Punch In and Punch Out times for each employee.
Verify the attendance details before submitting.
Click Save or Submit to update the records.
The attendance records for the selected employees will be added successfully for the specified past date.
