How to Access Permission Management

Overview

Permission Management allows administrators to control which modules, features, and actions users can access in WeekMate HRMS. By assigning the appropriate permissions to each role, you can ensure users have access only to the areas required for their responsibilities.

This guide explains how to access the Permission Management section from the WeekMate HRMS admin portal.

Before You Begin

Before accessing Permission Management, make sure:

  • You are logged in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  • You have administrator or permission management access.
  • User roles have been created, if applicable.

Steps

  1. Log in to your WeekMate HRMS account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings or Organization module.
  3. Click Permission Management.
  4. Browse the list of available roles.
  5. Select a role to view its assigned permissions.
  6. Expand the available modules to review the access granted for each feature.
  7. Make changes to the permissions, if required.
  8. Click Save to apply any updates.

The selected role permissions will be updated and will take effect according to your organization's access settings.
